Turtling is a slang term originally coined to describe Whiskey's (aka Andrew) entire play style, extending possibly to his entire life philosophy and governing principals.  Turtling is an H5 technique where the player spends as much of the game as possible out of sight, preferably sniping.  Even if the player's location should be discovered, they should not be seen under any circumstances.  Direct confrontation is to be avoided at all costs.  Involvement in a firefight represents a failure of the turtling technique, as it places one down with the rest of the plebes and involves some vague chance that one can be killed.  If one should be discovered turtling, one must either dispatch this interloper with a sword, a shotgun, or beat a hasty retreat, so that one might live to snipe another day.  Bonus points for doing so while invisible.
