Sitswith is a quasi-derogatory term for andini, a.k.a. andinii. The term originated as he is a sad, sad individual whom no other group would take in. HuskyManX offered him a desk in an area he really doesn't belong, and he is officially considered a 'Sits With.' snowlerblader coined the term as a way of placing this irritating individual in his proper place.
